The Beast and baby beast!

We just did Brandon's Full Body Workout using the 1 and 2 pound ropes. I did 5 circs and JRoD did 3(he's had a hard week at work) WOW!!!

It was great. It wasn't pretty but I got it done. 4 days this week so far. 2 jumps and 2 weights. Tomorrow will be my first time to hit my goal of 5 days in a week.

Let's go!!!!!!

People don't believe it but this works every time IF you do it.

There was a time that I didn't understand about calories and macros. Now I think "how could I not have known this?"

I can understand that. I consider myself a dudette just because I am "doing the thing", using the workouts, and being part of the community. What about making them fitness benchmarks to strive for. There for those who want to achieve them. And those who don't are still JRDs. Maybe?
