Started week 9 today! I got up early to get it done and stopped at the grocery to get fruit for snacks. Keeping on it!

First rest day of the weekend. I made some pancakes from scratch and had bacon as well - was amazing! I don't eat much (if at all) for breakfast during the week as I try to fast, but in the weekends I've found if I do I keep up to my regiment during the week. Not completely taking things away, just finding a balance.

I picked up some strawberries today and had that with one of my protein shakes for lunch and then a chicken wrap for dinner.

Tomorrow I'm going out to lunch but I'm looking forward to the protein! Then, preparing for week 9! I'll probably stop at the grocery on the way into work Monday to grab some fruit for the week!

My new protein drinks are great, taste like vanilla ice cream frappes and have a bunch of protein!

Trying to keep myself accountable!

Day 5 done this morning! To celebrate I got my favorite dressing with with a take out salad (although they gave me the wrong salad!). Onto resting this weekend and prepping for next week!

Done and in the books before work! Now for some hydration and getting my snacks ready for work (fruit and fiber bars with protein shakes) as it is snowy today and not sure if I'll be able to break at work to get home. We will see!

Got it don't this a.m. Going to bring fruit and a protein drink to work and try to get through this week! I dream of pizza, but I'm trying to stay on track!

I can't remember if I posted yesterday but I got it done before work yesterday and today. Today I modified for regular lines or squats/pulses. I will say that I feel a bit of a strain in a muscle on my left leg above the knee - so going to be careful rest of today. Picked up some fruit at the grocery on the way to work. Trying to dial it in!

Working on balancing everything. I made pregnant from scratch with some bacon for breakfast and now having a bunch of fruit for lunch.

Got the week done!

I'm thinking I need to step up my game in regards to activity and diet control as I'm still plateau with weight loss.

This weekend is about rest, grocery, prep, and getting in the best mindset I can be as this week was very very tough at work.
