Yesterday was one of my rest days - I had a staff party to go to so I baked my stuff called cookies. I worked on control and I purposely didn't make my favorite flavor so I wouldn't be as tempted! I didn't sneak any over out of the oven and at the party I opted for fruit. :) I'd say a small victory!

Almost got through the entire letter without needing to take any breaks but still needed a couple small ones. Incision in my foot held together and this weekend I'll be picking up some meal prep stuff and resting it until we start again on Monday!

Modified today to include more weights less jumping to give my foot a little extra healing time so I can hopefully get the full ladder workout done tomorrow!

Bandages held up so I could get it done today! Onto tomorrow! I did have to take a little extra time when going back up the ladder during the 40sec - but pushed the best I could!

Was not anticipating resting today but had a podiatrist appointment and need to relax my foot tonight - back at it tomorrow hopefully!

Got it done after a long day! Tired, need to hydrate, but taking it over day at a time!

Got it done! Was going to do earlier today but felt weak and had a headache, so I rested for a bit and now just got the day done! Push ups were hard today, so I did my best. Although the scale isn't moving too much I can start to feel a difference in how my clothes fit. Going to keep it going!

Got it done after work, the 60 second parts were a killer so I needed a little extra rest. My calves are quite sore but got it done!

Got up and did the thing before work! I did have to modify for some weight exercises.
