I made an attempt to workout before work but it failed (so hard to get up when dark and cold ugh!) - BUT, I got it done once I got home! Made it all the way through without extra breaks. Proud of myself for that one!

Did my workout fasted this morning and hydrated throughout. Feels good to get it done first thing in the day. Trying to keep consistent as well as make better nutrition choices. One day at a time!

Got it done today, almost made it through every set, but still need a little more rest. First week down though!
I have some questions!
do I start week two tomorrow? Or do I rest two days?
I seem to take a bit to break out into a sweat - is that odd? Am I dehydrated?
finding myself yawning between the various second-sets - is that weird?! I'm trying to do better controlling my breathing.
lastly... My ears get cold while jumping - anyone else have that happen?
Am I just strange? 😆

Second day done and wrote I was not prepared. I'll admit I did have to extend some of my rests but I did it! Time for some fruit for a snack!

Excited to get back into jump rope! I have to admit I was very regimented and fell off the wagon a bit. Today I've started JRD90! I'm a bit disappointed in how small my maxes are from what I could do in the past. However, I'm jumping forward! Kim happy to get back to things that make me happy and healthy! Woo woo!
