Took some advice for modifying to strengthen muscles some my knees versus overstraining them. Got it done before work today. It was a stressful day at work and I'm working to break the bad habit of stress eating - I didn't give in! Trying to stay on it with nutrition as well. Keep jumping into it everyone!

Again, staying in the early morning schedule. Trying to hone in nutrition. Tired but pushing through.
Anyone have suggestions for a modification I can do for the squats tomorrow? Should I try sumo squats to have less strain on my knees?

Woke up early to do the thing before work. Also did extra with shoveling all the darn snow that fell! Had grilled chicken/rice pilaf from takeout (figured it was a better choice than pizza) and an salad wrap with Italian for dinner. Trying to hydrate and keep on track!

JRDD90 M1W1D4
Woke up early to get it done today before work and I was surprised at how much my legs were so sore from yesterday's workout. I had to take more breaks to anticipated so a little disappointed in myself for having to do that but I didn't want to risk injury either. Hoping I will be stronger so that I can be more consistent next week on the same day.

I was not anticipating how hard the jump rope sets at the end were going to be. My legs were jello. Pushed best I could and I got it done before work to try and setup good habits!

Jumping back into It!
I've been meaning to get myself back on track and set myself up to start with the new dumbbell program! I'm looking forward to it as I really enjoyed JRD90 before. I will say I was humbled first day as I thought I could use 10lb to start but it was too heavy to complete everything so I moved to 5lb.
D1W1 done!

I need to jump back into it - anyone else starting one of the programs soon to have a jump buddy? :)
