Halfway through the program! Got up early to get it done before work (even though I want feeling well yesterday). Ice also found a protein drink I like to add that into the mix. I'm having trouble balancing my diet (I think I'm not eating enough) - and trying to ward off sweet cravings. Trying my best and pushing myself.

Got it done before work and even got the pup out for a small walk. My shoulders are sore but now onto the workday! Resting this weekend (and possibly disc golf Sunday - I'm excited to see how my strength improvement impacts my game).

This was rough one for sure. I definitely modified the burpee sections but pushed myself. One more day tomorrow! I also need to find time to get to the grocery before the weekend so restock for meal prep.

Took a few extra minutes to get up this morning - but still got it done. Hoping work is less stressful today but at least I have this done and accomplished for the day!

Got it done before work today. Not very motivated today in general, but trying to push through. Lost my appetite a bit (stress going on), going to say last stay hydrated.

Got it done before work. However, I did get lightheaded part way through so I chose to do some ab exercises until I felt comfortable back on my feet.

Getting it done one way or another!
