Okay guys, I just signed up for the JRD workouts. I have a 1/4 lb and 1/2 lb rope and mat. I'm 49 and about 240 lbs. I want to drop body fat (not as concerned with weight as long as body fat is dropping). Which workout do you suggest I start with?
