So for this month (at least) I am going to focus on iron wolf's foundation routine 2-3 times a week and 3 days of jump rope!!

Working on getting consistent. Doing 3 days a week of 10 minutes of skipping followed by roughly 50 pullups and 100 pushups. Other days are tabata style skipping for 30 seconds with 15 seconds rest for 3-5 rounds!
