It was a good work out, I must say. I was relieved that we didn’t have to do push ups for the entire workout.

M2 Day 2 done yesterday. It was tough one. even though I had stretched and warmed up before my legs only loosened up properly when I reached the one minutes sets. From there I started to get into a rhythm and focus. Every single break , whether it was 10 seconds, 15 or 30 was needed and welcomed! It was a good sweat.
