Hey guys! I’m about to start JRD90 I was just wondering if there’s a way to tell what days you need a pull up bar ? Or is it everyday? Just making a plan on where to be to do the work out.

Hi!!! Jiujitsu is my main thing I do that 8-12 hours a week. Some lifting. I was really big into CrossFit for many years. I’d really like to build strength and cardio for jiujitsu.

Hi everyone! I just was trying to decide where to start I was was thinking of doing the JRD90 or the swole samurai. Any one have any recommendations ? Or can point me to something that says the difference. Thank you!!
