Finished finally the JRD90 program but very pleased with the results. I liked it to be all round including pull ups and legs. Wondering what program is also all round and you guys recommend next? Want to keep jumping and maintain my existing fitness level. Thinking to go for JRDmax or ninja warrior and objective to finish in 12 weeks.

Starting the week strong and now only 3 weeks and 3 days till finishing the program. Comparing to my start baseline I am quite happy with the progress. And at the moment I am injury free. No more pain in the heel. 💪💪

Just finished the first 4 weeks of JDR90. I finished the last session easy but the first month I developed achilles tendinitis. Stretching and done some exersises I found on youtube helps a lot. I lost about 8 kg and developed more muscle mass. Jump ropes really work and it's only 30 min so I don't end up completely tired. I kept on playing padel 3 times a week for 90 min and getting better at it due to improved fitness. Hope I stay injury free and I will keep going.
