Another Aussie (sand grouper😉) to the ranks. I’ve only joined this week also. Shredded Ninja is excellent, day 5 today. I don’t find it too taxing but feel like I’ve had a decent workout. I still have room for run later in the day or speedy walk, but jumping rope is addictive and it is a great low impact exercise.
