I have a problematic shoulder at the moment, so the second set of push ups I switched out to a plank. However sweet baby Jesus, those lunges in to boxer skip……..it felt like my legs were dead. That was a brutal way to start 2025. Happy New Year from Australia

Hi Joe, I did reach out to them and they said you can put in a warranty claim. They still work so I think that is a bit extreme, but I’m just wondering those out there that have been using these handles for years, do they still feel like they did when they were new? Or do the slow down a bit over time? It just feels like something has got in one bearing, like the wheels on my skateboard, eventually they don’t spin as well and need replacing.

Hi TJ, when I clean them it is simply wiping them down with a towel. I don’t add any lubricant to the bearings etc, which isnt suggested by cross rope.

Hi guys, just looking for some feedback regarding the get lean set. I’ve been doing the shredded ninja program, week 6, and just noticed today that one of my handles has become a little grainy/squeaky and you can feel the difference while jumping.

If I hold the handle down and spin it, it spins for maybe 10 seconds, while the other doesn’t stop for easily 30 or more.

I keep them in their bags and clean them after each use.

Is this just general wear and tear on the bearings? Should I be concerned?

Hi all, just a quick question from a new comer to JRD nation. I purchased the get lean and strong sets plus the app. I wasn’t all that keen on dropping another $250 plus on a jump mat. I’m just working out in my garage, concrete floor. How do the ropes hold up for those out there jumping on concrete or other rough surfaces??

Worth every dollar! I was somewhat sceptical, but after using my crusty Nike rope for many years, these things are the rolls Royce of ropes. So good you just want to go and use them. Sand Grouper, that’s what the good folk from WA are known as from memory? We are crow eaters here in SA 🤣🤣

Rest the leg, lay on the bench and hit the weights upper body. Your calf and ankle will thank you later Joe 😉
