Week 1 shredded ninja is done. That was a good week, but damn, day 5 legs oopphhhh that was brutal on my pathetic chicken legs.

Yeah that is the beauty of the exercise. You can do it in your room, outside, in the gym, park, literally anywhere.

Another Aussie (sand grouper😉) to the ranks. I’ve only joined this week also. Shredded Ninja is excellent, day 5 today. I don’t find it too taxing but feel like I’ve had a decent workout. I still have room for run later in the day or speedy walk, but jumping rope is addictive and it is a great low impact exercise.

I’ve been following the boys for about 12 months on YT, on and off between my running. I finally bit the bullet, ordered the get lean and strong sets, and a 12 month sub for the app. I’m 3 days in to the shredded ninja and loving it.

I cannot believe how good these ropes are!! The difference between my old Nike beater rope and these cross rope weapons……..it’s chalk and cheese, they are insane and the hype is legit. I was somewhat sceptical, but they’re so good, I just want to get out and use them.

Anyway the journey has begun and I look forward to trying many of the programs on offer from the JRD’s.
