I was planning to do DB program for a 2nd time, after the summer challenge. But I'm travelling and I just jumped into the Push-up prog instead. I think it's the only JRD program I have not done, and have been avoiding like the plague 😅 But today, I crossed the bridge of fear and I loved it. Its simplicity and focus are hard to beat 🧘‍♀️ Looking forward to became a push-up master. Namaste!

W4D5: done. Challenge: done! I have done this 4W program before but I have to say that doing it this way, with the whole community, was a lot more fun! I am looking forward to do the DB program again (starting on Sunday), but I will join any future challenges like this! We are on this for life! Happy skipping everybody! 🎇🎇🎇
