Finished month 1, Monday also start M2. I love this program, can't wait to see what workouts in store M2. I was always week at doing push-ups, planking I am good, not push ups, but I did 129 push-ups today. Doing The Thing

I believe only 2 days to go on month 1 then go into month 2.

Always a great workout, Dan is there to push me on, really enjoy all the helpful tips and motivating drive to push. I can feel getting fitter with each workout. Never done a workout like this, my dumbbells were collecting dust.

No Way to put Dan on mute, I'm going to search for a pair of ear phones so I can hear Dan's instruction better, any suggestions?

I have been going my pace but gradually working to pick up the pace for skipping, this session I was going faster the last 15 sec. The last 45 sec set I did the entire set going really fast and the last 10 sec picking up even more..Yes!

The dumb bell set was good and can surely see the advantages of this program.

Into the push up, my weak link (before not now) I did 122 push up.

M1W3D3 Done! Dan the program is awesome! Love all your talking to help me push through. At the last minute of the workout I push the last 20 seconds. When I started jumping rope I could only do 5 skips, now I am Doing The Thing with all the JRD community..

M1W3D2..Paced myself today, started the 45 sec and 1 min so that I could go quicker on the last 10 seconds.

+2700 skips for this workout. I'll be cooling down on my Bellicon Rebounder..We are starting to see winter, hope to go for a short run later today along with shoveling the driveway..Happy Trails
