I am looking to buy a Pull Up Bar station so that I can take part of JRD that have pull ups in the workout. Wondering what is recommended by any of the JRD members.

Thinking of a program that might interest the JRD community, how about a stretching routine? I know I'd like to do more stretching within my daily exersizes.
Looking forward to our next week Jump Rope Dumb Bell routine, after next week we will be going into month 3. Doing The Thing

I have never done a program like this! Wow, I just finished M1W2D5 of the Jump Rope Dumb Bell Challenge. Had a pair of weights sitting around now using. I am a runner, training for an Ultra in September, I know this training will help me be the best I can be. I am totally pleased with all, and that mean Dan and the community that helps to push me. Could not do this without you..Happy Trails

Enjoying the new Jump Rope Dumb Bell Challenge. Question...I believe we are to repeat 1-5 workouts in Month 1, Doing month 1 until February, is this correct?

My name is Al, I am from Canada. I am Day 4 of the Beginner Challenge, I have been skipping for close to a year but have not pushed myself. I am 70 years young, am a ultra runner.
I would like to use this skipping to build endurance and fitness. I might do the Beginner Challenge again, or move on to suggested like the Shedded Ninja.
