Yes I do, I'll hold off until it's explained which ones to do. It seems that some of the month 2 videos are mixed up into month 1. I am sure this will be resolved, technical issues.

Great workout. Fantastic how the HR zones are highlighted. I have a Coros watch and Android phone, not able to work yet.
