Well, 6 months or so ago I went to my Doctors appointment with terrible migraines, torn meniscus on both knees, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and a weight of 196lbs. The Doctors solution was to put me on meds but I refused and told them to give me a few months and I would take care of it on my own. Well, after doing JRD Max and SNinja and of course changing the way I eat, I have been free of migraines, no pain on my knees, normal blood pressure, normal cholesterol and today I weighted in at 168lbs! Never felt better and I’ve never had so much FUN working out.
This post ain’t to brag, just sharing to motivate and inspire everyone to keep pushing and keep jumping! Let’s go!
