Well, 6 months or so ago I went to my Doctors appointment with terrible migraines, torn meniscus on both knees, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and a weight of 196lbs. The Doctors solution was to put me on meds but I refused and told them to give me a few months and I would take care of it on my own. Well, after doing JRD Max and SNinja and of course changing the way I eat, I have been free of migraines, no pain on my knees, normal blood pressure, normal cholesterol and today I weighted in at 168lbs! Never felt better and I’ve never had so much FUN working out.
This post ain’t to brag, just sharing to motivate and inspire everyone to keep pushing and keep jumping! Let’s go!

After finishing JRDMax and 5 weeks of SNinja I was able to complete my first mountain bike race! It was Intense but thanks to doing the thing everyday I was able to push and finish! This is only the beginning.

Hey everyone, I’m about to finish JRD Max in two weeks and was wondering if anyone has any advice on what program to do as a follow up to JRD Max? Should I do it from the start all over again?
