Well, 6 months or so ago I went to my Doctors appointment with terrible migraines, torn meniscus on both knees, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and a weight of 196lbs. The Doctors solution was to put me on meds but I refused and told them to give me a few months and I would take care of it on my own. Well, after doing JRD Max and SNinja and of course changing the way I eat, I have been free of migraines, no pain on my knees, normal blood pressure, normal cholesterol and today I weighted in at 168lbs! Never felt better and I’ve never had so much FUN working out.
This post ain’t to brag, just sharing to motivate and inspire everyone to keep pushing and keep jumping! Let’s go!

Bummer, take it easy. I sprained my ankle when I was half way through JRD Max and had to take a coupe of days off but got impatient after a few days and got back in jumping on one leg lol ! Don’t recommended but I understand how you feel. Rest up!

Just got mine in the mail today! Big improvement in feel and confort compared to the original crossrope handles. 🀟🏻😎🀟🏻.
