I had a similar experience at first. What worked for me was something as simple as getting a pair of basketball shoes and a pair of the Game day insoles from a company called Move. My feet and shins have been happy ever since. Also, drinks lots of water and hydrate. Everyone is different and I’m sure you’ll find what works for you. Just don’t get discouraged!

After finishing JRDMax and 5 weeks of SNinja I was able to complete my first mountain bike race! It was Intense but thanks to doing the thing everyday I was able to push and finish! This is only the beginning.

I’m two weeks away from finishing and so far so good. Physically, I have much more definition on my upper body and I’m starting to finally see my abs again after two years. Aside from the physical changens, I’m in an overall better mood, I’m able to get much better sleep, migraines gone and overall just feel good about myself.

Hey everyone, I’m about to finish JRD Max in two weeks and was wondering if anyone has any advice on what program to do as a follow up to JRD Max? Should I do it from the start all over again?
