Try to skip sugar first. Your body is used to it. It takes some time to get of. You will feel bad and your workouts are less satisfying. I also tried it and I felt horrible and almost fainted during a bike ride.

No I don't have that. I watch on a tablet with Wi-Fi. I do have optical fiber, but it works fine.
