I see a lot of you enjoying the new heavy rope program.

Question for the diehards. Do you need a heavy rope or can you also follow along with the lighter ropes?

With which Program of JRD I can compare the program and will it be enough challenging.

I only have the get lean set from crossrope.

TIA 😜

Yes, subscription renewed 💪✅

So I can go for a new year of great workouts. Today I did my first after recovery from a surgery two weeks ago. Unfortunately I had an infection again last week, but luckily for me I could jump rope again.

Happy with an intensive first day of the Dumbell Program week one. Just starting at the beginning again 😜

This was a great workout. The last one this week. Tomorrow I have a varicose vein treatment in mij right leg, so no sports for me next week. I can do some yoga, walking and cycling again after 24 hours, so I don't complain. With my mini cut is also happening a lot. I feel energized and dropping weight. I also had a great heart recovery after this workout. Hope that's positive to. 💪✅ See you again in 10 days 😜

Did a new JRD Dumbell workout today and feel great. Also my second day of the mini cut. Clearly I am on a detox. Because I also have a minor headache today. Hope I feel better tomorrow on that. Hydration is key. So drinking a lot of herbal tea and water. Tomorrow is a rest day with walking.

Hoppa, did a Dumbell workout again. Still heavy working. But I feel great 👍

So nice to see the endurance climbing again. Still taking it slow and steady.

Planning to do a mini cut for two weeks to get my body of the plateau and burning some fat again 💪

Have a nice weekend all with some rest time.

Feeling much better now. So started today with M1W1D1.

Tomorrow rest day and see how it goed on Wednesday for day three. Planning to skip the cardio sessions and adding two strenght trainings instead. I want to get in the flow again of 5 workouts a week ✅

New starting point 👉

It's been a while and I want to get in shape again. Feeling my best again. Loose some fat and weight again.

Planning to start tomorrow with the first month of the Dumbell Program. Skipping the cardio sessions in between and starting slowly. Hope I can get back in the workout flow and getting consistent again. 🙏🤞

Hello there 👋

Did my first jump rope session in months 😲

It was incredible. Listened to your advice to start slow and easy. Just 15 sec, 30 sec rest at the end of my mobility workout. Hope this is the beginning of more 🙏🤞

Thanks for your advice, getting me back.

I've got a dilemma. Didn't stick around the last few months. I had a lot of stress, sickness and had a burn-out. So I stopped with jumping rope. I did strength training, because that was less high intensity and did my walks. I struggle to go jumping again, thinking I get stressed out again. Could jumping rope being an addition for just two days a week or even one day? How would you incorporate it, so it isn't a stressor for the body?
