I have also difficulty working out in the evening. Especially now with the dark nights. I start my workout direct in the morning after waking up. Maybe you can try that and go to bed early if you have to wake-up to plan the workout. For me it takes 1,5 hours with shower πŸ€— It also boost your day

I switch between HITT and Cardio. If there are BW excersises I go for HITT. If the workout saying cardio I do that.

Rest days are important, especially when you are on the beginning of your Jumprope career. Use these days to do some mobility, foam rolling and like said a walk. Try to stay consistent, but also listen to your body (not your mind, because that's not always right 😜)

I tried and this is what happens: you can turn the switch on for allowing background music. You find it at the personal icon. The Spotify Music will run perfectly. You also hear the beeps from the video. But unfortunately you also hear the background music from the video. If that isn't recorded than it would work perfectly.

I haven't tried it, but I have an other app where I can use the Spotify app with. They run simultaneously. I use a tablet for this. Don't know if it works with the JRD app

What about cottage cheese in a smoothie, with extra protein powder added. If you workout after it you can also add a banana.

Or Skyr mixed with protein powder. Fresh berries and crushed walnuts instead of the sugar cereals.

Breakfast burrito is also an option.

Protein pancakes.

Overnight oats is most easy one. Prep for several days and ready on the go.

Hope this gives you some ideas πŸ’‘
