Thank you, I appreciate it! And that's great, how's footwork going for you? I often get a bit bored after doing regular bounce for a while, so I try to switch it up sometimes 🤣 not saying it looks good, but it definitely is more fun!

Carl Harrower That's the spirit! I've been losing 0.5 kg every week. I took a 4 day break, so it might not be that consistent, but I started again today and am planning to keep jumping everyday with restdays when needed. So yeah, hope to see the progress going. But what's also cool is that clothing actually starts to fit a little looser and less tight, which is also a great indicator besides the scale, because the scale isn't always telling you the truth about your progress. I would pick a clothing item that doesn't fit/fits too tight and then try and wear again after a week or two to see how it fits.

Hi Stefan, thanks so much for your feedback! I'll try to record a side view next time as well. Hmm, I might try to jump with my hands closer to my body and see if I keep tripping. Or ill grow myself a few cms taller 😂And yes, I feel like I'm jumping too high sometimes as well, I need to nail that effortless 1 cm off the ground technique! + staying on the same spot 😂during jumping I was like wait, why does the ground underneath me feel so solid? My coordination needs work for sure, haha. Thanks a lot for the tips and advice, I'll definitely try apply your feedback. And I guess more reps is indeed the formula for improving my form.

Don't worry, this is the beginning of a new and healthier you. You got this! Don't be too hard on yourself. You already made the decision to get fit and be healthy and that's a great start - it can only get better from here, and that's an amazing thing to look forward to. When I first started out I basically wanted to cry when looking at the scale, but I said F IT!! I'm now 2 weeks in, feeling super good and actually seeing my weight drop slowly but steadily, with healthy eating. My goal is still far away, but small habits become big changes. You can do it!

Thanks for sharing your advice! I find taking restdays and massaging the muscles really help. I'm looking into compression socks as well. I guess I just need to take it easy and be patient to wait for my body to adapt. Thanks!

Very well done!! I think boxer skip is good for alternating the weight between your legs. If your legs get tired, you can give it a break by doing boxer skip (at least, that's how I experience it haha).
