What Shelly said 😜 I find that if I #dothething in the morning, then I have the afternoon free to do some stretching or mobility exercises. Plus, here in Brisbane (Australia) at this time of the year temperatures are starting to climb, which makes any form of exercise in the afternoons a very unpleasant experience.
