W3D1 finished. I struggled with dizziness all through the workout, should have eaten some carbs prior to skipping. Learned a lesson.

Finished up week 2. Feeling strong!

W2D4 done. That one is brutal but we survived.

Finished W2D3 last night. I love that transition from 2lb to 1/4lb. Proud of my jumping partner. She’s small and thin but still manages to get through the 2lb sets. Her arms are getting so much definition.

Finished W2D2 yesterday. I already took both of my rest days for this week to do some camping.

Week 2 Day 1 done. I’m liking these longer workouts

Day 5 complete, all 4,000. Looking forward to a rest day!

Finished Day 4. The first 1,000 seemed the toughest but then I got in a groove.

Finished Day 3. That 2 lb rope is a monster! Gets my heart rate way up, I like it! I had to weigh my rope afterwards, it feels so heavy when it’s spinning.

Day 2 finished. I’m feeling it in my shoulders. Can’t wait to try the 2 lb rope.
