Just finished week 5. I had a silly injury to my middle finger last night while bowling. The workout today was no fun with a swollen finger but I got through it.

Finishing Month 1 was a huge accomplishment. I was in awe of my wife skipping that 2lb rope while being so petite. We’re looking forward to a brutal month 2. That first workout of month 2 today was a beast but I loved it! Thanks for the awesome program!

Finished every workout this week! So tough but so worth it. Excited to move on to month 2.

We needed Monday and Tuesday to recover so we’ve got 5 straight days of workouts. The workout felt great today after the rest.

It’s going great! It’s challenging but I haven’t missed a day, a weight, or a rep. I get worn out from head to toe. I need more recovery time so I’ve been getting more sleep. The results have been awesome for me and my jumping partner, better than other workout programs we have done in the past. My upper body gets a good pump out of these workouts.

Finished up week 3 last night. Drinking electrolytes prior to the workout had me feeling good throughout. My wife said this is the best shape she’s been in out of all the workouts we’ve done together over the years.

Day 4 finished. I’ve been sleeping great with these tough workouts.

Overcame a bad day of eating and finished day the 3 workout. I’ll be better tomorrow.

W3D2 done. Coming off a rest day I felt really strong.
