Going well

I did all of Week 3 while spending the week at an Indian wedding where a good friend of mine got married. Normally I would usually take the week off from exercise because of how hectic things can get during a wedding week but I decided that I would squeeze the workouts in with the challenge. It’s definitely the first wedding week I’ve been apart of where I ultimately didn’t gain any weight and don’t feel like it’s a mission to get back into my fitness routine now that it’s over.

With the Summer Shred Challenge wrapping up next week, I’m curious to hear what everyone is thinking of doing after the challenge is over? Any specific ideas or following the daily workout of the days after that 👀

Didn’t Greg Doucette say you couldn’t burn 400 calories with 30 or so minutes of jump rope? Maybe he needs to #DoTheThing and find out for himself haha 😆

I was honestly wiped out by the end of the 3rd circuit but pushed through to get it done!

I did D2 yesterday by accident, so rectified that with D1 today. I promise I’ll do D3 tomorrow 🤣

I accidentally did the D2 workout instead of D1, the humidity has me that rattled haha. Will do D1 tomorrow to rectify. A great workout nonetheless.
