Nope, I can’t believe we’re already half way there!
So far, it’s been going great. I’m using this challenge to create the habit of jumping rope consistently in the mornings before work.
I feel great because so far, I’ve been able to complete as intended without having to negotiate with myself to get it done.
I’ve lost a couple of pounds and seen a jump in stamina.
