Starting the thing at 5pm HST.

Started a month late so late to the game in commenting. How funny that Dan was annoyed with the people around him because the same exact thing was happening to me as I was working out. Either people making too much noise or getting in my way and walking by me as I’m jumping rope. Then they look at me like I’m the one in the wrong.

Been overlooking this workout for a while. I work at a high school and I’m able to use the athletic weight room. However, every summer I have to do body weight because it’s closed off to faculty. Finally decided to do this one and the first two rounds were easy so I decided to challenge myself by speeding up my rope to the beat of the song and doing plyo push-ups, and one leg planks. By the end, I was gassed. It’s like Dan said, you can always get a quality work out if you push yourself. We got this JRD community. Just show up consistently and do the thing.

Might be a big ask, but these are programs I would love to along with you in the lead:

1. Jump Rooe+ KB

2. Heavy Rope

3. Jump Rope + Pull Ups

Shoot, maybe even combine heavy rope and pull ups. I’ll pretty much follow what you do until I’m confident in creating my own programs. But still I’d subscribe to JRD just to support and cheer on the community. Get it and #dothething

Wall sits are actually harder so good you.

Honestly, I’m not one to participate in comment in community stuff like this. However, I totally believe in and have bought into Jump roping and the JRD community. Thanks bro-dude. Summer shred has been more challenging than I expected it to be.

Sorry to hear. Rest and tended to your Achilles. for it, try to do exercises that don’t Require any type of pressure on your achilles.

I like using the 1 lb. for the T-TH workouts.
