Amazing! You look fantastic! A movie star! The best thing about JRD is they have something for everyone. I tried 2 different JRD programs before sticking with the DB program. I needed more weight training so the db program has been a good fit. Keep up the great work.

Douglas Stewart ya was there a few years ago and was perplexed wondering why I see more trees than usual along the highway haha.

I had the same issue when I first started jumping rope. Your calves need time to recover but when you recover you will feel more springiness in your skip as your muscles will have developed. It seems you have micro-tears in your calves.

How does round 2 feel versus round 1? I find round 2 more challenging with more weight but the cardio is more manageable after surviving round 1.
