2 days left to the finish line and then round 2 of the entire program. Fasting from 12am-3pm this week and I am definitely feeling the difference.

Before-and-after picture: still 4 more days left to go but I thought I would post it,anyway. Not a very radical change, but I think that after using heavier weights and repeating the program I will have more "obvious" results. Either way, I am more fit than I was 3 months ago. Hope you find inspiration here. Thanks,JRD Community.

M3w4 begins: jumped from 5kg to 10kg weights.
My shoulder feels like it's been caned but I can sense the progress. It is hard believe I made it to this point. I imagine most of us on this journey have felt the pangs of despair and discouragement, but thanks to this community- and Dan's bilocation powers(he always seems to be "here" lol)- I pushed through...after this I plan to keep repeating this workout but with more weight.
Soon, I will be able to audition as Iggy Pop, if they ever produce a bio pic on him. Lol...

M3W2DAY5:done. I have a slight shoulder injury so I will keep the weights "manageable" until recovery and payday.
Nothing like electronic body music to -um- get the body moving? Lol. Hope you are all doing well out there.

Have not reached my peak yet but having to hold up my formally tight cargo pants; dropping 8 pounds; and having more stamina than ever says a lot about this program. I just cannot cut the carbs, though haha.
M3W2D3 done...planning to get heavier weights for weeks 3-4.

Month 3 Week 1: done. I am a product of the 90s electronic body music scene hence the music haha. Ideal exercise music in my humble estimation...not quite ready to be an underwear model but the results are showing in my job performance for sure. I workout in a 4th floor storage space so the lighting is a bit dim.

Learned my lesson trying to workout while cheating Mr.Sandman. Exercise and adequate sleep must go hand in hand, otherwise you risk becoming extremely fatigued and grouchy.

Had to take an extra rest day due to family obligations. Has anyone ever done two of the workouts in a single day? I may need to because I do not want to fall behind schedule. So today I may do m2d4 in the morning and then m2d5 in the evening.
Amazing how just one extra day of inactivity affects your stamina.
