JRDDB M3W4D4: DOWN. 1 more day to finish round 2. After this will do mostly dumbbells for a few weeks to build mass and physique...maybe 5-10 mins cardio added in. I am aiming for a Kirk Douglas body (Spartacus era).

I have done the 1-month weightloss program and some of the shredded ninja program but I enjoy the dumbbell program the most: it is the perfect balance of cardio and weight training plus you can add weight as you advance.
