Due to work-related traveling and just sheer laziness I skipped two weeks after JRD M1 ROUND 3. Now I am picking up from where I left off. Sometimes I allow these gaps to remember how it feels to wake up with back pain or to experience brain fog because I am not getting enough exercise etc. Exercise is key to a vital existence.

It's amazing how Dan kept it all afloat even after Brandon left. That is nothing short of amazing, though it should not surprise us because Dan is so full of charisma. There is no training course for that. It is a gift. Glad to be a part of this community.
