Way to work!! The a frame is a fun little move that adds a good challenge physically and mentally. It is one that I do not do a lot so I still gotta think a little when I do it. Enjoy the new power work outs! I just started them this morning!

Awesome work!!! I did it two times through and with the 1/2 pound second time through - it definitely added a whole new challenge and I saw my strength continue to build! Good luck and keep it up!

Agree 💯. When I looked at the list of exercises today I thought to myself “I don’t know if this will be challenging enough.” Boy was I wrong. I did 122 total push ups (10 in every 20 second round except last round did 12). Between all the push ups and the cardio I was gassed!

Excited for it!! I just finished repeating dumbbell and jump program month 1 and was going to continue on with that until October and do month 2… but power calisthenics it is!! I’m here for it!

Second handles are a must! I used to do the switch back and forth and the 10 seconds just isn’t enough time. Second pair of handles is crucial!! I think cross rope has a sale right now, get them now!!
