Well, only two more days left of the 3 month long heavy rope challenge. Completed month 3 week 4 day 3 tonight. Cant wait to finish up and start the autumn challenge next week!

Mannnnn I really want to start the autumn challenge workouts when they release tomorrow but I was going to do one final week of heavy rope program. I’m so torn. I know I know, I can just finish and start the autumn challenge next Monday but I’m excited and wanna start it now

Month 3 week 3 day 5 complete ✅ one week of the HR CHALLENGE left! Have really loved the heavy ropes. I have had the heavy ropes for a long time but was always hesitant to incorporate them too much. The heavy rope challenge forced me to do so and I have loved it!! I can feel the ropes moving more quickly than they were at beginning of challenge and my strength has definitely improved. Ready to crush the last week!

4 mile walk today for active rest day but have to say I’m itching to grab my rope and skip. I know my body needs a recovery day though so I’m doing my best to refrain!! Can’t wait to pick the rope back up!

Just wrapped up month 3 week 2 today!!! Yesterday was the stretch workout but I was feeling good so did the good ole ladder workout from JRD90 and then stretched. Picked up today on week 2 day 5 and completely crushed it. Feeling great and looking forward to the last two weeks of the heavy rope program!!

Month 3 week 2 day 2 of heavy rope complete. Bumped it up to 4k today and did lots of stretching and breathing throughout. Feeling light and strong. 💪🏼 I also set a goal of no alcohol for a month. I am 9 days into it. I don’t over indulge with alcohol but I do tend to drink socially and had been having too many “just gonna have one beer” moments. Wanted to get rid of the extra calories. Soooo 9 days in and goal is to go to Oct 9th with no 🍺 🥃 🍸 Better believe I’ll enjoy a frosty one when I reach the goal! Cheers!
