Loved this one Dan! One thing I have been adding to end of every workout is 500-1,000 skip “cool down” with 1/4 pound rope where I do a set of 100-200 skips, then a stretch and it has really helped me stay loose. I have absolutely loved the whole program but it would be awesome if you purposely ended every workout with a cool down and stretch set like you have in some videos. Can’t wait to repeat this week for three more weeks!!

So cool!!!

Loved it Dan! I added on 1k skips at end with 1/4 pound rope. Did sets of 100 with stretching in between each set. Felt great!

I just did this one today, I agree it’s a good one! Maybe my fave of the month!

Going great!! Currently on day 2 week 2 of month 2, so just a little less than a week “behind”. Loving all things heavy ropes! Biggest challenge for me is any workout with 2 pound rope reps 🥵 love it but hate it!!
