Just the 1/4 rope. Since this is my first go-round I’m sticking with 1/4. If I do it again, I’ll likely got up to the 1/2

This may have already need answered but I remember an update which stated we will be able to play music through the app and workout at the same time. That would be an awesome feature and I’m looking forward to to it!

The next program should include the dumbbells again. Need more resistance/muscle building exercises. I love the way jump rope feels but I am looking to add more resistance to my workouts

1. I had been slacking off on my strength training, thinking that jump rope was enough, and it started to show. Gained back almost half of the 30lbs I lost during the pandemic.

2. I’m still in it (just completed Week 2 of Month 2). The consistency in showing up 5 days a week was always tough for me. This program forces you to stay consistent because you don’t want to get behind. I also like the variety of the workouts. It is pretty hard to get bored and by the time you really get used to it, you are on to the next Month of workouts.
