I'm so bummed! I broke my big toe yesterday so jump roping has to be put on hold for the next few weeks. But, I'll be hitting the dumbbell program again as soon as I heal up

My legs were super sore from yesterday's lower body day. I contemplated skipping today's workout, but I pushed through and got it done.

I upped the weights to 20s for lower body day and I'm going to feel that tomorrow. I added in the yoga stretching after the workout. It was a really great way to end the workout and it's going to be my go to after every session.

I've been slacking on posting, but I finished week 2 and started week 3 today. Progressively getting better at jump rope and I'm proud for being consistent with my workouts!
