Hey folks. I'm now in week 3 day 3 of the rapid weight loss workout programme. In my first two weeks I had no problem burning 400-500kcal per session. After finishing day 3 week 3 of my workout, it seems I burnt only 385kcals. I even added more timing jumping during the rest time and I pushed myself to the max.
Any idea if this is normal? And will it affect my weight loss goals? Cheers and peace out ✌️

Done, but only 385kcal. I gave it my all but I don't seem to be burning as much as I did before. Anyone knows why?

That is so strange. I thought as the day goes the sessions are harder. On average I burn 400kcal and above but for this I only burnt 320kcal. 🤔

Did this for my first workout of week 3, extremely lethargic but still did it and burnt 400 kcal

Did this and burned 520kcal. Swapped out 1/4 lb rope with 1 lb rope and added additional 20 secs of jumps during the extra rest time in between the body workouts. Feeling the burn!

Completed and burn 420 Kcal. Used 1/4 lb rope and 1 lb rope. Didn't have a 1/2 lb. God, such a fulfilling workout!
