The programme outline is wrong. It's 3x circuit instead of 2x the trainer also mentioned pull ups but the video was cut before he could start.

Back to the programme after 2 weeks of hiatus. Managed to clock 38 rounds with 1lb rope :)

By far the TOUGHEST one yet. Did the workout with the exception of skipping the last 30s of jump rope. I was beat by then. Completed 40 pulls up with the last 10 reps swapped to negatives.

Here's my proudest achievement: using 1lb rope instead of 1/4lb ☺️

Absolute killer of a workout! Modified to 10 squats on all cycles instead of the ladder. Burnt 440kcal πŸ‘πŸ»

Challenged myself by modifying the workout to:

5 push ups

10 jumping jacks

30 secs of 1 lb rope run in place

With 10 secs to spare on each minute for rest.

It feels amazing. Burnt 400Kcals!

W5 done! Again... couldn't finish 50 pull ups, but I hit 35!

I can't do the full 50 pull ups. Maxed out at 30 unfortunately
