Ok, 100 push-ups is not something we built up to slowly in week 1. I did 20 knee push-ups on the floor. 20 using a bench. The last 60 I did wall push-ups. I got it done! M1W1D5!

So far so good. Day 3 in the books. Only using 5 lb weights so far. Slow and steady. How do u like this program?
