Guantlet complete! Few mess ups today and didn’t feel super quick until the last half. But the smile showed up right away. I can’t get enough of this! Little cool down then yoga. Have a great start to your day ❤️

Day 3! Smashed todays workout. First part was great. Skips quick and fun, as well as the body weight moves. Chin ups on the assisted machine. Made 48 varying between 7kg/14kg. Felt strong today.
But before this — the day started with a “not today” attitude. And then I went to the gym anyway. And very quickly I felt better.
The power of movement. The power of self investment. Self love.
Yesterday I ate well and enough. That for sure had an impact on my training. When I was focusing on body building I was eating a lot and tracking my macros. Then vacation happened. Now I’m trying to figure out how to eat to support my new fitness goals and this program. Trying to eat intuitively, but decided that I need to track for a little while to make sure my macros are on point.
How is everyone else doing out there? Would love to hear some updates! Love!

64 push ups
43 assisted pull ups (at 14kg)

Day 5 ladder. Okay. Guys, Gals, Dudette - DAN — this one was a killer! And awesome!! On the way up I made it set 8 for 8, then 9-10-11-12 could only make 5 push ups. Then on the way down 5 until 5, then dropped to my knees for two sets, then on the last two reps, back to full form for 3 each (out of sequence but this is just mi personality 🤪). Sweaty mess. But smiling. Thanks for a great first week as part of the community. Sending love to you all out there! Get it!

Tomorrow!! Just needed to cocoon today (a lot going on for me mentally ) & rest = also self care /health care :)
Question about tricks: is there a video tutorials about crossovers? Would love to unlock this skill 💅

Each year around my birthday I like to take a selfie and compare it to a photo from the previous birthday. Last year, there was a lot happening & while I thought I felt great, I lacked ‘light’. The photo on the right side is from yesterday and the light is back. I know it’s because I just spent some time traveling. But I also know it’s from the jumping. Shifting from heavy training to body weight and jump roping has completely changed my experience in my body and my relationship with fitness. I know I’m only at the start, but I am so happy to be here & a part of this community.
Hope we can all jump together some time!

JRD Max Day 3 complete! I did the chin ups firstnevauee 1) 🤪and 2) since I wasn’t sure if the assisted machine would be available after. First set was at 21 kg for 10, then 14 kg for 2 sets of 8, then went down to 7 kg to follow the 3-4 rep format for 52 altogether.
Felt like my feet were sloppy my skips today but I think that’s because I went for it yesterday. Over all a sweaty, smile-inducing good time. Probably in another life I was an aerobics instructor or something—I just can’t get enough of this!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💅

This question is for Dan and or anyone else whose been doing the programs for a while. What are next steps after you finish JRD Max or say the dumbbell program?
