Hi Kari! Be gentle with yourself & when you’re ready you’ll get back to it. If you’re up for it, do some yoga or walking to keep your body moving. And soon the ropes will call ;) sending love & light xx

JRD Max Day 3 complete! I did the chin ups firstnevauee 1) 🤪and 2) since I wasn’t sure if the assisted machine would be available after. First set was at 21 kg for 10, then 14 kg for 2 sets of 8, then went down to 7 kg to follow the 3-4 rep format for 52 altogether.

Felt like my feet were sloppy my skips today but I think that’s because I went for it yesterday. Over all a sweaty, smile-inducing good time. Probably in another life I was an aerobics instructor or something—I just can’t get enough of this!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💅

Thank you! ❤️ it’s a shift from how I was used to training (heavy lifting & hardly no cardio for abut 1.5 years). I backed off of the lifting two months ago, and dropped some weight. I used to be a runner and loved the “high” and jumping has given me that boost back. It’s also nice to have the strength from my lifting days. A good fit for the moment . But yes : REST IS NECESSARY

Thank you!

This question is for Dan and or anyone else whose been doing the programs for a while. What are next steps after you finish JRD Max or say the dumbbell program?
