Day 5 ladder. Okay. Guys, Gals, Dudette - DAN — this one was a killer! And awesome!! On the way up I made it set 8 for 8, then 9-10-11-12 could only make 5 push ups. Then on the way down 5 until 5, then dropped to my knees for two sets, then on the last two reps, back to full form for 3 each (out of sequence but this is just mi personality 🤪). Sweaty mess. But smiling. Thanks for a great first week as part of the community. Sending love to you all out there! Get it!
