Agree about the high knees. I’ve gotten better about getting those legs up higher.

Not yet but since I have the 1 and 2 pound ropes, maybe I’ll try that!

It’s going great for me. I’m feeling stronger but noticed that I’m sleeping deeper. That’s a good thing.

I actually rest, but I try to do some walking. I try to conserve my energy for the next round of jumprope workouts

I have read that whenever you tax your muscles with a new exercise routine, that there is water retention in your body for a couple of days as part of the healing. So not seeing weight loss on the scale doesn't always give the whole picture. I also don't see weight loss right now but I'm feeling more lean.
