Best way would be to buy some latex bands of different resistances. Tie one around the bar and let it hang down, get a foot situated in the lower part of the band and it will take some of your body weight so that you can focus on pull up form. Start with a higher resistance ( subtracts more of your body weight) and over time work your way down through lower resistance bands. After you can do something like 8 to 10 reps with the lowest resistance band then take them away completely and start working on slow negative pull ups, where you hold o to the bar and jump up to the top position and then slowly lower yourself to the bottom position and repeat. After doing that for awhile, regular pull ups will be a breeze. I’ve attached a pic of the kind of bands I’m talking about
