It’s been many a months but back at it! W1 D4 Power calisthenics done. I don’t think I’ve ever hated jumping jacks that much 😅

**also for those who don’t go to a gym or have a home gym, how do you go about pull-ups? What modifications do you use to work up to a pull up?

Here’s to Taking note of the little improvements! I used to be so hesitant to do any of the single leg weight jumps (run in place, single leg, fast skip etc) because if just being so heavy on my feet and bad knee problems.

If you noticed any wins yourself, please share no matter how big or small! I’d love to hear about em

Energy has been really low and tapped out for the last week I won’t lie, but got my body moving in some way this morning with a yoga and stretch. Hoping to jump tomorrow!

W3d1 finished today, behind but that’s ok! I think I’ve lasted the longest ever for fast skip and run in place without tripping lol

Shout out to the man walking in the background who is out almost EVERY day. Good example of doing the thing, taking care of body and mind.

W2d5 completed ! Honestly could barely get through and modified half of the exercises but finished! Got an ounce of shade before the sauna today
