Hit w2d2 last night! Hoping to make some strides with double unders as I become more coordinated and strengthen my ankles and knees

Success: showing up for 5 days!! And doing all of the push-ups even though modified

Biggest struggle: doing jumps like fast skip, run in place, or most that require being light on one foot at a time. I jump super heavy and can’t seem to get them down! Also have bc of knee probs so maybe that’s not helping

Almost didn’t, but I did 🙌🏼 honestly I think I miss less jumps in the dark 😂

Anyone else having pain in ankles? Don’t know if I need to strengthen or stretch more. I’ve also never jumped this much in my life lol
